- There is a $20.00 applicant fee, per person over the age of 18. This fee is non-refundable whether property is leased or not to the applicant(s). Applications are kept active for only six months. Application will not be processed until fee is received.
- Applications can be mailed, faxed, e-mailed or pick up at our office.
- Applications are required prior to showing the property.
- The majority of our residential leases are for one year. We do offer six month leases on some of our rentals, but there is an increase in rent of $25.00 per month. If you are looking for a short term lease please contact us.
- Security Deposit required for all properties is equal to one month rent.
- Rental payments are expected on the first day of each month and you are expected to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of your executed lease.
If you have a pet, please inquire. If a pet is allowed at the rental dwelling for which you are applying, there is an increase in rent of $25.00 per month plus a $100.00-$250.00 pet deposit is required. The following Apartment Complexes do not accept pets:
- Ann Wingfield Commons
- Brandywine Apartments
- Remington Garden Apartments
